Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Enabler Business Intelligence FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, registered office FDAM0994, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, trading as Gridavera. In these Terms, “Gridavera”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Enabler Business Intelligence FZ-LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gridavera Excel add-in, admin panel, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Enabler Business Intelligence FZ-LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Gridavera is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables teams to load, edit, and submit structured data between Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. The Service includes: an Excel add-in (plugin) for data entry and submission, a web-based admin panel for configuration and user management, and a cloud backend for authentication, subscription management, and data processing.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must: have a valid Microsoft 365 work or school account, register your organisation through the Gridavera signup page or be added by an administrator, and provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period as specified during registration. During the trial, all features of your selected tier are available. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We will notify you before your trial expires.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page and in the admin panel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel at any time through the admin panel’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes do not affect active billing periods.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. Gridavera does not claim any ownership rights over the data you store in SharePoint or process through the Service. Your data remains in your Microsoft 365 tenant at all times. Gridavera configuration data (roles, views, column settings) is stored in our cloud infrastructure and can be exported at any time via the admin panel’s backup feature.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data or accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or use the Service to store or process data that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to: scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible), infrastructure outages affecting Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The Gridavera Excel plugin includes offline capabilities — cached configurations allow limited functionality when the cloud backend is temporarily unreachable.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, optional AES-256 column-level encryption for sensitive data, row-level access control enforced by the Gridavera add-in, and additionally at the SharePoint permission level when Secure Mode is enabled, secrets managed through Azure Key Vault, and role-based admin access with site-level scoping.

You are responsible for: managing user access through the admin panel, configuring appropriate SharePoint permissions, and controlling who holds Gridavera administrator access, since administrators can retrieve your column-encryption key through the admin API.
